About the project

"Hello, Dear Cli-Mates!" is a KA229 Erasmus+ funded project involving 4 partner countries: Romania (the coordinator), Italy, Spain and Turkey. This eTwinning project is planned to carry out and disseminate our local project activities with a wider community also involving other city schools. Climate change is a global threat to all nations in achieving a sustainable future regarding many vital areas (e.g.economy, agriculture, health). Many countries are suffering from natural disasters, abnormal weather patterns, increasing heat day by day. As educational institutions, we aim to prove our role in contributing to the fight against climate change with an international collaborative partnership considering the power of education in shaping future citizens with knowledge, competence, skills, attitudes and values in order to cope with the causes and effects of climate change, mitigate and adapt the changes at best level. Pupils aged between 10-13 will be involved in our project activities.

3) Produce suggestions and act to mitigate causes and effects of climate change
